Mid-Ship Vega touch screen dark?

Picked up our 17 CS from storage a few hours ago, we are parked in a parking lot nearby to meet friends, not hooked up to anything, walk to the back to begin opening slides, turn on A/C, etc and the screen is dark.
Does anyone have any ideas?
Is there a Firefly or Entegra Customer service # to call, or am I relegated to putting her back in storage?
Any help is greatly appreciated!

If you haven't already done so try turning off the 12 volt master switch by the entry door for a minute. Sometimes cycling the system will correct the problem.

If needed Entegra after hours service number is 574-361-0034. Is your Vega Touch up to date? There have been several update, but I don't know the latest.

You're a gentleman and a scholar, in my haste to get going earlier I had turned off the main switch, got back to the Coach, hit switch and walla.....Vega touch.

Thank you for the Customer service #, it is in my phone now, hopefully never to be used again.

JUst to let everyone know,
I had E-mailed Saint Joyce and w/in minutes had a response from her directing me to the C/S #.

I can only hope that moving forward I can be of assistance to someone in their time of need, although my MBA in "glamping" has just begun and I have a lot to learn
