Mileage reset ?
Cummins repaired an oil leak on my 2017 Anthem and installed a new computer update. ( they call it a recalibration )... It is an incredible
improvement as I am getting 295 miles per gallon, my range is off scale. I tried a reboot by turning everything off, including the yellow battery switch but it did not reset the miles per gallon. Does anyone know how to do a reset of the miles per gallon ?

I think that all of us would like to get that improvement. Please keep me advised of how I can get in the upper 200 mpg range....

On my 2017 Cornerstone go to the mpg readout and then hold the switch, that changes between temp, odometer, mpg etc., on the side console down for a few seconds.

On my 2017, use the console switch to select the dash display where it shows the miles per gallon, then on the dash push the two arrow buttons together at the same time for a few seconds and it will reset.

Rob, the same switch you’re talking about on the side console will do the same thing as holding the arrow buttons.

On my 2017 Anthem I can't seem to get that to work. I get a beep but the fuel average mpg reading does not change. Tried both the dash and the console.

Bill, a lot of pre 17s and obviously some of the 17s wouldn’t reset. Cummins can/will reprogram the ECU so it can be reset.

Thank, will try that. Mine did not work either when I purchased the coach, had to have Spartan do an upgrade.

I’ve had this happen after they flashed the ECM. The fix was to reflash the ECM.

Kind of the same thing with my 14. Cummins ECM update on the way to Entegra, mileage would no longer reset. Entegra, when they had the Spartan Shop, did the dash update and the mileage reset started working again.

Just an update on my Cummings re-flash.
They corrected the re-flash to correct my 295 miles per gallon average mileage. It shows now about 8.1 when in reality I am getting 7.4... No more DEF codes and the best aspect of this re-flash is my fuel quantity gage is spot on. At exactly 1/2 tank indicated I take 73 gallons, thats almost 9 gallons better than the original program [emoji106]
