Monthly billing for Mobley

Ok, I'm rather confused about my monthly billing from AT&T. Those of you who use AT&T, how do you get billed? I activated my account in February, but have yet to receive a bill

I get my bill online each month and it is in advance of the monthly service. I don't do auto pay.

If it's still working, don't ask I purchased a new phone from Best Buy two years ago and tried to pay for it. They would not accept it saying I would be billed by Verizon for it. Never received the bill...the phone is still working and no bill increase. I guess they are not use to people that still pay for things in advance and don't know how to handle it.

On my first bill, I went to ATT and had them do autopay

I get an electronic bill, and then I tell the bank to pay them.

Is yours getting billed to a credit card such as AMEX?

I got a ‘free’ Mobley in Feb. unlike some of you I did get charged a 30$ activation fee. First bill was 53$ which I expected and paid. Have never received another bill and Mobley is still going strong. I do check my my account on line which shows I used 44GB the first service period and am several days into my second service period (month) and my payment due is 0$. Isn’t this supposed to be a prepaid service, not postpaid. Also I can’t find any sign of the 2 year contract I was supposed to have. What is happening?

Same as you, activation fee and paid in advance up front and every month, except they do have me on online billing.
Never look a gift horse in the mouth. Looks like a few fell threw the cracks with the Mobley rush.

Monthly billing for Mobley

I think I would make sure any credit card I used hasn’t been auto charged. Beyond that the ignore and say nothing may be perfect ! except I always worry I will have missed a billing on my end they will cut off my service then because I failed to pay they won’t reinstate.. but then I’m just that way.
Really , You could always just call them , I seriously doubt they won’t “catch “ it and give you free service. . Or better yet , “forget those 2months we forgot to bill you “

Thanks for all the feedback. Went to my local AT&T store and signed up for auto pay. I was 1.5 months overdue too.

UPDATE:
There was a glitch on AT&T emailing Feb. statements. I just received my March email bill and had a late charge for Feb. Called AT&T, they apologized saying they had a glitch getting all of the Feb statements out and took the late charges off. Might explain why you did not have a Feb. statement either.

I got my standard $23.24 electronic notice yesterday and paid it last night.

UPDATE: I did finally get an electronic bill from ATT. Now my only question is if I am on a 2 year contract , as I was supposed to be, so they can’t change the price or other features. May have to go to ATT store to find out. I WILL NOT try and call ATT again- life is to short.

Further Update: now I am getting two paper bills from ATT for two different accounts. Charge amounts vary significantly. Tried calling ATT to correct problem. 7 times I called them! No one could find the account numbers that were on either bill. My online account shows paid in full. Cannot talk to anyone that recognizes Mobley or Connected Car or account numbers. What kind of Jacka$$ company is ATT. Absolutely ridiculous. Now I am going to try going to an ATT store and see if they can straighten it out. Hope they aren’t as bad as everyone reports!
