Got a fairly nice one at home, complete entertainment center. No fireplaces in our neighborhood (kinda strange), we plan to mount it in the wall as a built in since the fireplace just inserts into the cabinet it is in.

Wonder the The Taj got the fireplace figured out?

Yesterday finally got to check everyone’s suggestions. Unfortunately after confirming all plugs in entertainment center were plugged in completely, then turning fireplace breaker on and off a couple of times and also shutting off “dealer” switch for 5+ minutes, fireplace still won’t turn on. Called ES and Steve said I’d tried everything he would have suggested.

We arrive Thursday at a campground near our new home in Winter Haven. We close July 29 th. I’ll then try to take fireplace out just to see what is going on in back. Failing that I’ll be taking coach to NIRVC Atlanta in the fall for some touch up work on the exterior (damn branches, power poles, unexpected asphalt ridges and of course rolling boulders). I’ll have them check it out. Might be able to exercise my extended warranty!

Did you check if the plug the fireplace plugs into has power?

Good point. I’ll do that before I pull fireplace out although I still need to put my subwoofer back there

I would also suggest that you run an extension cord to the fireplace and see if that works.
