My Mothership Experience

This is my first Aspire and Iíve had it about 1 year now. It is a 2013 so as you can see it is way out of warranty. This is my 6th RV since 1993 but my first trip to a manufacturer to have work done. I have a shop and do most of my own work, I find it gives me something to do. With the work that I needed done I felt that it was out of my skill level and some things are better left to the professionals so I called and set up a time. When my time had arrived we were off to the Mothership. We stayed at the Hampton Inn just blocks away because we needed roof repair. You can stay in your RV but it was already winterized and this seemed easier. It was a very nice place to stay and the restaurants in the area were all good to eat at. We had several things done; peel and seal on the roof, dash a/c repair under the dash, a/c compressor and a door seal. So a few days later we got a call and the RV was done and we went to pick it up and found that Brandon, our service adviser, must have gone above and beyond for us because he said that Joyce had waived most of the service bill and our bill was going to be less than a third of what we thought it was going to be. WOW THANKS JOYCE!!!!

When you buy a RV you are buying into a life style that is a lot like owning a boat, it can be expensive, but for people like us that love to travel the enjoyment we get from it is priceless. I see online that other people on youtube have bashed Entegra Coach, maybe trying to make a name for yourself is more important than becoming a part of the Entegra family. Enterga welcomed us with open arms and I could never see us at any other manufacturer, I donít think that we could have been treated any better. They made us feel like family. I checked over the work they did, they even changed out a few extra things on the roof. I want to give a special thanks to Brandon and Joyce for all your help through this process. In this day and age it is very unlikely that you will find a better company than Entegra Coach.

Thanks for sharing!

I think we all get caught up in the negative comments some times and it's always nice to hear the positive. The comments like yours that I herd 3 years ago that led me to Entegra.

Glad to hear another great experience even if that is the norm at Entegra. We have always had great visits to Middlebury and had another one in August. They always do a great job to us, and yes, Joyce and her crew are the best in the business.

Entegra is great..
Not perfect as people love to always point out.. especially on this forum.
I except the faults always and know Entegras core beliefs of sincerely trying to have a class act coach company is always there..
Your post just continues to install that belief..
Waving more than half the repair bill on a almost 5 year old coach is
Just astonishing... really... who does that... Entegra s great...

The only question I have is why did it need all that work when it is only 3-4 years old?

I have owned a lot of RV's including boats and all of them had a laundry list at the end of 3 year mark. Do any traveling on our highways (very rough) and things will come loose, that is a guaranty. If you know of a MH that never needs service after 3-4 years, please share, I want one. . The point of the OP's post...great manufacture took great care of his used coach.

A better question might have been why did so many vendor items fail after only 3 years. I own an Entegra, have been to the factory several times, all for failed vendor products, but Entegra has stood behind them.

I agree with brobox and the coach is most likely 5 years old.
