People are asking you a lot of questions, but you are providing very few answers.... it would really help to have answers to the questions asked . Once we get those, we will have more questions and more answers but that will help us narrow down your problem.
AquaHots and HydraHots are all very complex machines, and there are a hundred things that can go wrong with them. There are people out there that call themselves AquaHot technician that don't know what they are doing. There are also techs that have serviced thousands of these units that almost know what is wrong with them simply by looking at the exhaust and the symptoms. AH offers a one day course on fixing their units..... there is a huge difference between someone who went through that course and someone who has worked on them 15 years. The known experts are Roger Burke (who has a big web page for AH repairs (and all parts)), a fellow named John Carillo, and my guy, Lloyd DeGerald. All of those guys have reputations for knowing everything there is to know. And there are several women who answer the customer service line at AquaHot that are very knowledgeable who have had good answers to my questions in the past. My AquaHot has now worked beautifully over the past 2 years once we got all the cheap junk pumps out of the box and replaced with some good pumps made by Buehler, but you have those already.
But there is a lot you can do yourself and there are guys on here who know a lot but we need answers to what you are seeing and what specifically is not working.
To me, the most important thing is to examine the control panel on the back wall and note if the LEDs are all green or any red. Any red LED is going to start to pinpoint where the problem is. If all green, then what are the symptoms you see and experience?
