Interesting. On my Travel Supreme the key has to be off for the slides to operate.

Slides will retract with ignition on but will not extend.

On our 2016 we run the engine for both extend and retract the slides.
Maybe ours is wired wrong?

We are also new to the Entegra having just purchased an Aspire 42DEQ. Spartan sent us info and suggested the Spartan Connected Care APP. It has a Pre-Trip Inspection Checklist for the Chassis. It only covers the Chassis though. Our Aspire Guide has checklists for set up and pre departure.
