NIRVC Phoenix

Going into NIRVC Phoenix for a Jan 2nd appt to install water softener.
Looking for a recommended rv park to stay in the night before that is within an hour or two of the facility. We are coming in from the west.

They have 50AMP service at their PHX location if you want to stay there. They have a dump and if you fill your water tank you should be OK to stay there. Great service at NIRVC center in PHX.

We stayed at the place below traveling through. May not be best location since you are coming in from the west. No pull through s, so you would have to un-hook toad, but a nice place, all concrete, next to I-10, noise was not a factor for our stay. No office on-site, but not necessary.

Sunflower is by Bell and El Mirage, and they have an overnight pull-through section. They, like all in the area, are very busy Jan-Mar.

Unless something has changed since January the large parking area was outside of the gate!

If they have not yet changed location, there is power inside the gate and power outside the gate. They can also let their customers come in after hours by car and assume by coach although connecting up inside a strange set up at night is not my cup of tea.

Call them and ask them what the story is. There are a number of nice RV parks near them..... I tried to get into one in the later winter time when needed to get repairs done at of the closer RV parks to NIRVC and they were all full for coaches my size.... but this far in advance, I would think that you will be able to find a spot.

There are always customers staying in their coaches, so the back gate is always open. Call them and arrange for a powered site - they'll tell you what to do if you are arriving when they are closed.

WinStar Casino is an hour or so North of there on I35 exit 1 in Oklahoma. They have an excellent park this is where NIRVC have their local rallies, great pull throughs at a reasonable price. Being Jan 1st May need to make an early reservation.

My bad, scratched my head about the I-10 comment and just thought it was a mistake. Should read entire post before opening my big mouth. Sorry.

The Desert’s Edge RV Village aka The Purple Park is very close. Not fancy, but
clean and orderly. Sites were pull through, but needed to disconnect tow car.
Probably a 10 minute drive to NIRVC Phoenix.

Also try Pioneer rv park.
Just north of their current location on I-17
