Found problem. Loose phone wire in zone three ac. Small plastic white box with a phone wire in and out. Talked to Entegra this morning first time that they could not figure it out. Called Dometic,no help. Call local RV dealer , the parts man helped me find the trouble. Was not getting power from ac to power back to thermostat.

Thanks for all the help last night.

Where is this white box located? Under a/c cover?

Wow. What a mystery. Sorry for your hassles, but it's a small miracle thaat you chased this one odd-ball thing down in such a short period of time.

Dometic's are the early 13 A/C's. Not too many that have those on this forum. Those are are the A/C's that were used on the Travel Supreme's. In later 2013's Entegra started using the Coleman Mach 8's. Glad you were able to find someone with the knowledge of where to look.

That's an area that Entegra was way behind in. Our 2000 Dutch Star had return air
plenum but our 2013 Aspire did not, big disappointment. Very noisy could hardly carry on a conversation over the roar and poor circulation. The big reason we traded for the 2016 Anthem.

I finally got rid of the TS for the same reason and waited for the 2014 when I was told they would have the new A/C's and a bedroom ceiling fan. Glad we took the factory tour and were told of the changes.
