No problems

I called and got PJ in cs today. Reason for my call was to tell them our coach is problem free. I was told a year ago that Monday's are the worst day of the week for calls. They never get calls from an owner with no problems so thought I would make their day. I appreciate their dedication to making us happy owners and wanted to let them know they are appreciated. I know they would like to hear positive input from others, not just issues.

What a great idea. Being in the service industry sometimes it's easy to get jaded because all you hear is problems. It is really great when you hear from someone who is happy, it helps put everything into perspective.

With all these quality 2016 models, the phone lines will be tied up by all the attaboy calls. Keep the lines open for the classic 2013/14 owners! 😀

Hopefully others will look at the glass half full. A lot of folks see only the negative. We don't hang with those ........

Swenster, that was a nice thought. We made a point of meeting Joyce and all the CS personnel when we were there a few months ago. Nice to have a face to go with the name when we call. Everyone was super.

In my opinion.....if having problems rattles your cage, then you shouldn't have an RV. These are rolling earthquakes and there's always some adjustment somewhere. Having an RV is like an addictive sport for me...always busy either waxing, fixing, modifying or discussing future modifications while sipping a glass of adult beverage.

Life is good......life with an RV is better

Agree. It's always a puzzle to me when I see cranky, negative people posting in a forum that's about Recreational Vehicles. ?????

So people that have a legitimate problem with their units are suppose to "Just suck it up"

And here I thought the forum was meant for people to discuss their experiences both good and bad. Silly me.

Pretty much sums it up for me. I suppose if I lived on the ocean I might have a boat equivalent. My Dad had a 1957 Cessna 310 which served the same purpose for him. I am blessed with a patient and understanding DW. There are worse things I suppose - like wild wimmin and gambling.

Didn't say anything like your quotes. Of course we're here to discuss good and bad, problems and solutions - but some take an approach that's unpleasant, unfriendly, and unnecessary. jmho...

Hmmmm must be something wrong with my computer, as this is a direct quote from your earlier post.
Sorry.

Dave, you would make a great neighbor at my hanger. You are welcome anytime. Problems are usually fixed before CS even knows they exists. Thanks to this forum problems such as falling shades are corrected before they ever become a problem. We could have a great time sharing ideas. Beer:30 starts about 3.
