We've used ours a fair amount, but not extensively, in 20 degree area temperatures. The coach was warm and toasty. Things to watch out for with Zone 2 (your question?):
1) Lots of people find a kink in the hose under the passenger slideout, preventing Zones 1 and 2 from working properly. Take out the bottom cutlery drawer and wiggle the hoses. It usually works. Ours needed the wiggle treatment only once. We'll get a permanent fix in the Spring.
2) It takes a long time for the tiles to heat up - many hours. We think it is enhanced by heating up the basement too (you have to anyways).
3) The tile heat is not entirely uniform, but still very welcome.
4) In our opinion, don't bother using electric to heat Zone 2 if it is near or under freezing outside.
Not a Zone 2 comment, but when below freezing we keep all our hoses inside the coach unless we need to fill water or dump tanks.
