Glad it worked. I have two of the $25. ones, brand new in the box, that some one left in one of my rentals. I should go ahead and change mine since they are just sitting in my garage.

If don't use your shower. You should put water in your shower drain so the sewer gases don't come back up the shower drain . The trap can dry out.

Something else you can use is vegetable oil it doesn't evaporate
