Our new Cornerstone 45A

Mark or I guess anyone, do you know why Entegra didn't go with drop down floors on both sides? In many of the floor plans having drop down slides on both sides isn't noticeable. In the 45a it is. Having an 1 1/2" lip under the desk or a ledge to hold the swivel chair(as in the standard configuration) doesn't seem ideal.

We tried but there wasn't enough room in that shorter slide to allow a drop-down floor. Part of this is due to the galley being on that slide and the patio side dinette. The original intent was to allow dual flat-floor slides but it just couldn't be done.

On my desk the keyboard tray pulls out and the chair rests on the main floor with your feet up on the carpeted slideout floor with easy keyboard access. For travel, the keyboard retracts and the chair rests on the slideout platform.

Thanks Mark. Unfortunately that makes sense. Hopefully the slide manufactures will help Entegra resolve that issue.

Yep rev 2.0 on the desk.
No confusion on the blank wall. DW had a cabinet shop build her a spice cabinet. Noel
