Panel outage

All the panels on our 2014 Anthem RBQ just went out while trying to put our last slide out. All the panels are dark except for a flashing green light. Also, the light above the entegra insignia in the main panel in the half bath is flashing. Have tried plugging in two of the panels to the port on the main electrical panel, but no luck. All the 110 outlets work, inverters, chargers, heat pumps are working (all 110's are working, only items not working are the ones that are controlled by a wall switch panel, which are dark except for a green flashing light at the top of each panel.
Any ideas?

I believe that is an indication that one of the multi-system panels is out. It has been a long time since I have read a thread on this, and no one else has responded. If so, inconvenience, and a pain to locate the right one. Naturally, it occurs on a Friday night. I think you'll need one of the more experienced CS folks at Entegra to help you troubleshoot which one it is. A search might find the thread, but I'm talking three years ago or so.

Turn off 12V power with the salesman switch for a minute and try rebooting the system. Hopefully it will be the simple fix.

What Chuck is suggesting is to try to reset all the 12 volt circuits. That is most easily done by turning off the big power switch just inside the door of your coach. That is known by some as the "salesman's Switch". That will briefly shut down the entire 12 volt system and often, that reset when you turn it back on will fix a lot of 12 volt problems. Be sure and give it a try. if that does not work, then a call to weekend emergency Entegra Customer Service might find someone who knows how to further isolate the problem.

I had a bunch of those panels go out but it was because I had a bad leak and rain was gaining entry into the space between the outside and inside walls and was wetting everthing down in the area behind the passenger seat. I could feel the water if I removed the panels. I was instructed to use a hair dryer to dry out all the connections and panels and that enabled the power to come back on until the next big rain..... any rain at your location?
