Just spent 3 days trying to order a docking light for my 2013 Anthem out of Warranty. In the past speaking to Entegra parts they weren't set up to sell parts direct. We'll in talking to Jacob today he sent me over to parts and they just recently started taking direct orders. Ordered a few items and what a treat no problem.
Prior to this I had spent 3 days trying to get these docking lights and they were going to be $98 plus no return and I would have to sign a document stating I agreed. Entegra $80 for 2 and if I have a problem I can return them.
Probably everybody else already knew this but I really think it's a huge plus!

This is great...the infamous "restocking" fee added on by dealers on stock that they never stocked to begin with (about 30-40% added) was, in a single word, ridiculous...but if you wanted a second, robbery!

I find it great particularly for the small items that the dealers don't want to mess with. Like closet door catch, waste basket catch. Things that can drive you crazy trying to get but are a real pain to go without.

Plus many (read most) of us do not live close to a dealer. This move is very appreciated and makes a lot of sense for Entegra to do it. Another example of great customer service. 🚌🚓

Really glad to hear this news. Travel Supreme had a great customer parts dept where Jacob was the main man in parts. Glad that Entegra is going to finally sell parts to customers direct. Going through a dealer is a pain, they normally don't get the order right, or never order the part, been there before.
