Pick outside colors?

I understand that Entegra doesn’t allow you to change the outside paint pattern, but do they allow you to choose the paint colors from the standard ones they offer? If so, do you know how much $. We really don’t like the dark upper colors and wonder if they would allow a silver or something else for a fee.

The way I understand it is Entregra will not let you change any colors. Take or leave their options.

Newmar will let you change any color but you have to use one of their graphic packages

It was a long time ago, different ownership and management, but one of the Classic owners paid extra to have his painted all black. Your question would have to be one to be asked during negotiations. I had several requests on my new order, 1/2 they agreed to. You don't know unless you ask. Can anyone on the forum give you that answer....not really.

In negotiations don’t believe what a sales person tells you if they say it can’t be done. Depending on the area where you plan to buy talk to Ted Cook or one of the other Entegra area sales managers. I got something that was not an option by doing so. BTW I heard a different version of the story - customer wanted totally unpainted coach. There were so many negative comments from other owners about this ugly coach that Entegra said never again.

I was not enthralled with any of the color choiced for my 19 Cornerstone and I said so. I was happier with a color choice of the 18 Cornerstones or even better the 17 Cornerstone, and was told that if I really wanted the 17 Cornerstone, it would be done, but then I would have a 19 that looked like a 17 to everyone and any subsequent buyer and did I really want to do that (have the odd-ball). That meant something to me.... and we pondered some more. I finally picked the color that I disliked the least of the 19 colors, and said, "No, I want it to look like a 19". So that is the one I got.

Now, there is another thread on here from last summer about the fact that probably 50% of the time I stop anywhere to fill diesel or at a rest stop, some stranger comes up to me and says "Wow, I really love that paint job. I have never seen a coach that looks that fantastic. It sure is beautiful. etc." and i have managed to begin to really like it. I now dont regret our choice.... it is a beautiful coach!!

Jerry is correct, my negotiation were with Ted Cook and the dealer directly, he still had to get approval and he did an outstanding job. Not all were approved, but nothing that was a deal breaker.
