Thumbs up Picked up 2013 Entegra Anthem . . . Ecstatic and Impressed!!

Hello Team,

- We picked up our new 2013 Entegra Anthem in Buffalo, NY, over the weekend. We drove back to VA and are now safely tucked away in our home campground. We are still in shock how wonderful our new coach is! It might take us until the new year to calm down! Our new coach has so many technological features it will take us a year to fully understand most of the technology.

- We are very impressed with the many features, functions, and the overall quality of our new coach

- The coach drives very smooth compared to our former coach (2002 Monaco Diplomat) although our former coach was very nice to us also

- I am posting a few px (if I posted correctly). I have a few more px if anyone is interested

- OrlandoRV was superb during the entire process from initial contact to post-delivery questions. We are exceptionally pleased with Matt and Mark Strollo's world-class customer service and very strongly recommend OrlandoRV!

My red envy light is going off brightly...we are so happy for you. And the pictures look great. We're about two months away, unless the Christmas break gets in the way.

Are you full timing? We're in Virginia as well, but come January...no job...no no more stress...no more stix house...and no more VA traffic jams.

Again our best and look to see you and your Anthem out on the road

Beth, I encourage you and Dave to coordinate several hours to go over your coach at delivery. We started at 10 AM and did not complete the demonstration until around 3 PM. We would have spent more time had BuffaloRV not been closing at 5 PM and we needed time to relocate everything from our former coach to the new coach.

- I am comfortable recommending 4 - 6 hours minimum to go over all the technology capabilities in your new coach. I also encourage you all to preview the Entegra youtube videos. The videos were very helpful in getting us acquainted with many of the features and functions.

- Additionally, I was very concerned as I had been reading a lot of negative information regarding the paint and finish. We were happily impressed that the paint and finish, in our opinions, is georgous!

- We are very excited about the coach and anticipate lots of fun seeing the country and having our grandchildren along for much of the fun!!

- Definitely a very SMALL world!!

Good advice. Our plan is to stay at RVOne (Orlando RV...I think they must go by three or four names) for a couple of days and in the area there for a couple weeks to shake things out. Everything we read here is that every coach has a few "issues". So we'll learn a little on site and then start our adventure.

Thanks for the new coach insight. We met the Strollo brothers at the Hershey show. They seem genuinely focused on customer service...sounds like you got it from them.

New coach

Stan, if you moved everything from your old coach to the new one between 3&5 I've got way too much stuff in mine! Noel

Stan, gorgeous rig!! I'm glad your trip up here to our Buffalo area was successful and that you now have a fantastic rig. I'm suffering from Entegra envy right now!

Enjoy your new unit. Like you we have found the people at Buffalo RV, Orlando RV, and Albany RV to be top notch and great to deal with.

Hi Jim,

- Thx for your response!

- The tile floor is fantastic! The coach has a central vacuum system that virtually eliminates the need for a dustpan. All we need to do is to sweep any dirt and dust into the vacuum and the system vacuums everything down to the Dirt Devil bag below deck. We then empty the bag when full. Neat!!
