Post Warranty Factory Service

I just had my last warranty service done at Entegra Coach in Middlebury. The service was exemplary as usual. I am realizing that this level of service is not available in my area (New Orleans). I think we need to lobby Entegra Coach to offer Retail Factory Service (pay for service). I would rather pay Entegra Coach to do it right and know its done right.

I can't remember the name of the company off the top of my head, but there is a repair company in Red Bay, Alabama that is an authorized Entegra repair facility. Red Bay is where Tiffin is located which makes the repair shop all the more interesting.

I don't believe Red Bay is too awfully far from you in New Orleans.

It's

Contact info: Custom RV Inc.

Red Bay AL 35582

Brannon does fabulous work and if we didn't live so far away, I would head there anytime we needed service.

Thanks Tom, I couldn't remember Brannon's name or his company. All I could remember was that he was in Red Bay and the folks on the Tiffin forum rave about him. He is one person that I have never heard anyone say one negative thing about. That says a lot when you consider how frustrating some can get over our money eating beasts!
