Power Steering Fluid

This is embarrassing, but where can I find the power steering reservoir. I looked but don't see any dipsticks except for oil. I must be having a brain fart.

Not really a big mistake. The power steering unit is powered by the same hydraulic system that runs the radiator fan. It is a big system with over 2 gals capacity....believe me I know, mine leaked out. The cylindrical black tank in the engine compartment, top right side, has a dipstick in the top. You unscrew it a little to loosen the compression clamp, then pull straight up. It has cold "fill" and "full" marks. It is easy to overfill the tank. Avoid this it'll be messy for weeks if you do. If your system is low....you must ask why it is low....fill using a small funnel and a bit at a time from a 1 qt bottle. Use only AW-46 hydraulic oil. I found it at O'Reilley's auto supply. Here's a pic

Dave, you are a lifesaver and all around good guy! Between your instructions and the photo, you've pretty much "idiot proofed" it for me...lol.
