Pre-Owned Entegra Advice

I am helping a computer challenged traveling friend who is looking to purchase a used Entegra, probably a 2011-2012. He wants a single rear wheel 40' model. His wife likes the front kitchen 40SKT. They have found a few for sale but before they narrow it down and actually purchase one is there anything in particular they should look for, I mean any problem areas common to the coaches, if any? My friend currently has an 04 HR Endeavor so he is familiar with motorhomes but just not Entegra. He just wants to know if there are any particular questions that need to be asked. Thanks for any advice.

I have heard of no class problems on this forum from that time frame. The sample size of coaches is pretty small from those early years. Not a lot seen on the market. There is a 2011, 2012, and 2013 available in the classifieds on iRV2. Think it is all good shape from what i hear.
