Pressure regulator

I can't find the answer in the owners manual - does the 2020 CS have a internal water pressure regulator installed in the fresh water system. The tech that performed our PDI stated that one was in the system. I need to verify if there is one or not. I would think that using my external regulator along with a internal regulator would cause reduced water pressure to be below 50 psi.

I would not take the advise of the delivery person. If there is an internal regulator, they don't work very well. My experience, in an RV park in UT my external regulator quit. Park water pressure was 70 psi. The additional water pressure overflowed my fresh water tank. Put in the cheap spare I carry ended the problem until I could pickup a new gauged regulator.
If park water pressure is below 50 psi, we use the water in the tank with the pump. Constant 55 psi of pressure. That was on the 14, I haven't checked the pressure on the 19 yet. If park pressure is 50 PSI we will use the city water.

Unless it's something they added new for 2020, I wouldn't count on it.

Like Chuck, our 2017 will fill the fresh water tank when water pressure is much higher than 55 PSI. We use a home style external regulator.

Using dual regulators might restrict water flow some, but shouldn't lower the pressure below whichever one was set the lowest.

Ask Entegra Customer Service, but I would not bet on what you have been told. I have seen no indication of a pressure regulator other than the adjustable brass pressure regulator that I carry in the water bay. However, a regulator could be buried in the innerards of the coach somewhere.... but I would think that Entegra CS from a knowledgeable CS person would know the answer if they added that to the 20s. I have never heard any discussion of that in a coach prior to you asking the question related to a 20.

Would that have made sense in every model year ever built, YES. Was it done, not to my knowledge.
