Chuck, page 66 under 15,000 or 6 months (Whichever occurs first)
I checked my previous edition (18.0) to see what it recommends. It reads 12 months or 15,000 miles (Whichever occurs first). There is no 6 month interval suggested for anything.
Not sure if I ever saw Revision 19.0, but the new one is Edition 20.0 and it's recommending the new interval.
Don't think this helps, probably just adds to the confusion. I'll place a call to Spartan and report back.

Unfortunately Chuck, we’ve been adhering to the six month (or less) schedule due to other reasons!
I’d like to say we could go a month without a shop visit. Right now, we are on a cadence of one trip, one shop visit.
I’m so over it I’m doing some unpleasant jobs simply to avoid going into the shop.
It’s getting rather old. I’m optimistic that we will be turning a corner now that I’ve resolved many of the pesky issues.

Just spoke with Dave at Spartan. He said he had heard the same thing and suggested we contact Cummins directly for their guidance. In a 3 way call with Cummins, their suggestion was to stay with the 12 month/15000 mile interval.
Sounds to me like Spartan needs to rewrite page 66 in the latest revision.
Hope this helps, Brian

I found the problem, the link that opened for me was Rev 17. I opened it again and Rev. 21 opened. The problem is on my end, however I will still be following the Cummins manual. I am not changing oil every 6 month. If the engine blows, Ill go back to a gasser. I have all of my receipts for Cummins that the oil has been changed annually, that satisfies the Cummins warranty for 5 years.

Preventative Maintenance Schedule
I would be more concerned about the 15,000 / 20,000 mile oil and filter change. I think 20,000 miles is really stretching it with these EGR engines the way they dirty the oil up unless you are doing oil sampling.
But most of us will be cover under annual service rather than mileage except maybe for Matt, he seems to burning the highways up.

FYI, the Fumoto won’t fit on the generator. In that case I have a Femco on the way.
I hope this is the correct Femco setup..
Standard Drain Set LB 6920047 M22x1,5mm-T10 8/41$42.95
Chain + Clip 951003
Their system uses 2 components, the drain plug and the drainer. There are a number of drainers, including a drainer designed to draw samples. The kit I ordered has a hose style drainer.
Now if I could only figure out a way to install one of these on the hydraulic system. That job is truly a mess. I used a huge tarp, an assortment of drain pans, and drip pans and it still was like a hydraulic fluid Nagasaki under the coach.
The only bright spot was that I removed the line at the pump and it drained the reservoir and lines. The spin on was still full. No mess inside the engine compartment.

Matt did the Femco system fit/work? Do you have the correct part numbers?

Tom, it arrived just as we were getting ready to pull out for WDW.
I’ll try to check it out tomorrow as we have a break day and I’m going to do a few things on the coach.

Not Matt, but here is a photo post of the Femco and how it fits. All of the part numbers are also listed.
