Negotiate a price you feel good about and start enjoying the MH. Life gets shorter each day. for some too short. There are a few dealers that post prices of what used MH sold for. PPV is one of them. Check what others are selling for. I even called a few private party seller on RV Trader when I was a seller, buyers can do the same.

It is very hard to predict the future market value of an RV. What if fuel goes to $4.+ a gallon again? What happens to the economy after the election? The first thing to suffer will be "toys". With fuel prices down, the used RV market is very good right now, but that is subject to change at any time.

If the coach is in exceptional condition, you should expect to pay above average retail. Average is just that....average.

Remember, you get what you pay for. There are a lot of bargain coaches out there, if that's what you want, but you might experience some disappointment down the road.

If you're looking for relatively trouble free (for a Motorhome), an exceptional used coach (2-4 y/o) is the way to go, especially if you're pretty new to RVing. Look for an exceptional rather than average coach, pay a bit more, and be a lot happier.
