Pricing - 2019 Anthems
Hello,
I've been reading these forums for about 14 months. I suppose I owe so many of you a big Thank You for all the information I've continued to digest.
We are about to pull the trigger on a 2019 Anthem (44F). I don't tend to find a lot of threads about pricing. There were a couple over the past year(s) but not a lot. I also couldn't find any rules against talking about it?
If it doesn't feel too personal - would some of you be willing to share, at least in a ballpark, about what price you've been getting for the 2019's 44(?) Anthem coaches? Pricing on the 2018's would be okay as well? Most of the 2019 44' coaches are pretty close in price.. The 2018's as well. I'm looking for a decent range or ballpark. Through the years, the best deals seem to be approx 34% off MSRP - or - wait for a show/end-of-year model and sometimes it comes off it even more.
I'm pleased to read so many of the bugs with the Vega Touch were worked out in the 2018/2019 models. Generally, if I compare the research I was doing around the time of the 2017's coming out.. and, now, the 2019's.. It looks like Entegra has gotten reasonably better.

Go here to build your price for options desired. https://www.entegracoach.com/build-price/#121
You already have a target discount, check with NIRVC and see if it will work. We ordered from them due to the great reputation for service. My last dealer offered price, but service was non existent after the check was cashed.

25% is the default discount for most dealers, until you get to a show price or a year end price. 34% seems a bit unrealistic on a 19 .... 30-33% seems more realistic on an 18 year end. It appears Motor Home Soecialists has all of their 18 Cornerstones (and I assume Anthems) currently prices 33% off MSRP.
The estimate increase in MSRP from 18 to 19 was 3 - 5%

I think 34% is realistic for a new coach.

I agree on an ordered vs on the lot 19. On the lot probably 28-30% the best possible as the dealer already has it floor planned.

Ordered coach, no trade in, dealer has no cash involved, he is using other peoples money (buyers), and the best discount can be normally be obtained.

I literally shopped for 10 months. I would tell you that 31-32% is not hard to get to. 33% is usually where a dealer will dig in their heels. 34% is a "just buy it price" and do not argue. I never could get to 35%. I do believe for 1% you risk on someone buying your rig if you don't. I am betting most people here would agree on don't let go what you want for 1% or 3-5K. I do believe the ONLY way you will get to the 35-38% mark is on a bad floor plan, 1-2 year left over rig and ugly or non-preferred colors and I do believe that Entegra would have to throw money into the deal to make that price work.
