PS bedroom slide stuck

On our first real trip, extending slides and the bedroom passenger side comes out a bit on the bottom but is stuck on top. Have not put jacks down. Retracted the slide...any suggestions, please!

try leveling the coach before putting out the slides

My mistake, I know better.....

I should have mentioned that was my proceedure and to consult his manual to make sure he is following the correct proceedure for his specific coach.

Not on an Entegra. More harm than good can be done by leveling first. I might be tempted to pull in slides, level then pull up jacks as if you were going to travel. Then try putting out the slide before leveling again. This whole sequence might free where it is binding. If that doesn't do the trick, call Entegra.

Just curious---did you have the slides out previously and was there ever any indication of binding ??? I would try what Tom suggested. Start the whole process over. Also, and I know some folks probably would not do this, but I would have DW on the controls and while extending that slide I would be inside giving the top part of the slide a "little help" just to see if it would unbind the top. My first call tomorrow would be to Entegra.

And the fun begins

Our coach had the same problem! A piece actually broke off the corner of the outside of the slide. We took the coach to Tom Johnson RV in Marion, NC for the warranty repair. We have only had the coach for 1 month.

My son had the same problem. When he extended his passenger rear slide, it would come out at the bottom, but get stuck at the top. Ricky's RV Repair in Sevierville (an Entegra authorized repair shop) checked it out and noticed it was catching on two screws ( one each side) in the top of the area the slide extends from.
It had already scraped the slide roof, and damaged the two "boots" on the top of the slide.
He adjusted the slide by lowering it until it no longer got caught up.
Seems like these two extending screws seems to be the offending culprit.

Tom Johnson said the same thing - lowered the slide. Haven't had a chance to test it yet.
