Quality Entegra Dealer
I was at the Tampa RV show this past weekend and really became interested in the Anthem and Cornerstone models. I've been following the threads on Entegra for about a year now and it seems while there may be issues, the customer service at Entegra is excellent. I am in Tampa and I am concerned about purchasing from my local dealer. They are large and I've read several terrible experiences from previous purchasers. I am interested in receiving a fair price but just as importantly, being valued and taken care of after the purchase. Frankly, I'm scared to death when I read here and on Facebook about other's experiences. I don't expect everything to be perfect but I would like to know that if something is wrong, it would be taken care of. Does anyone have recent experience with a quality dealer and salesperson that they could recommend? I am willing to purchase out of state if that's what's required to have a quality experience. Obviously, the closer to Tampa the better. Thank you.

My personal experience, I would not go back to Lazy Days for anything. I drove right past them to purchase my second Entegra from NIRVC in Atlanta GA. Best purchasing experience I have every had. My 14 prep work from LD was non existent and appointments for warranty work was worse. The delivery on my 19 from NIRVC was about as perfect as it could be. We spent 4 days on the lot and found nothing wrong, it was spit shined. Lazy Days on the other hand "rinsed" my 14 off after driving 1200 miles on salt covered roads. The difference in the two dealers is night and day. Price will be better as well. JME.

NIRVC is the only one I would deal with. Call Angie ph. 214 392-1100. She’s in Dallas, but you pickup the Mh in their Atlanta store. Both NIRVC and Angie are a class act.
NIRVC has four dealerships and going to open more. You can’t go wrong with them.
If you’re talking about the large Tampa dealer you have good reason to be skeptical of them.

X3 on National Indoor.
They will give you the best price and who knows, it may not be long before you see NIRVC in Florida! It will happen! They are great people! Perfect, no, but they will never stop trying, what more could you ask!

I bought my Anthem from Motor Home Specialists in Alvarado, TX. That was 5 years ago and I have never gone back. This 19 Cornerstone I bought from National Indoor RV in Atlanta (the delivery location). Honest (but not perfect, they make mistakes too) people who have always treated me honestly and reasonably. Got a good deal. I know the CEO very well and he is one of the most straight up guys that I have met in the business. Complete data based operation, no guess work or BS. I have always been treated fairly. They are making money because they do it closer to right than just about anyone I have dealt with in life. Prove it to yourself.

In the category of: "Well, there's ALWAYS one!" allow me to offer that I've been satisfied with my experience with Orlando RV : https://www.rvone.com/orlandorv/aboutus
The purchase process was well handled and the delivery/acceptance couldn't have been better. I did need some minor follow-up for a couple of issues in the month following acceptance. They were easy to work with to accommodate my needs and quickly dealt with the issues.
All things considered, I've been happy with my experience with them.
Take care,
Stu

NIRVC all the way! Best buying experience I ever had for a motorhome. I am returning in a few months for a '21 CS

We had a horrific experience at LD in 2015, also 2016. However, our more recent experience in 2018 couldn’t of been better. I will say, you can’t give them any leeway. Tell them you are leaving in X amount of days, and they seem to get it done. We are scheduled for some routine service in March. Fingers crossed. Service advisor makes a difference.

I have purchased two motorhomes, both new, and both from Lazydays. I will not purchase form them again based on their slow service. HOWEVER, if I lived in Tampa, I WOULD buy from them just based on the convenience of having service in my home town. If you need service, would you rather have slow service in Tampa, or fast service in Atlanta? Both places will get the job done eventually. There will likely be waiting involved, and maybe a bringback or two with Lazydays, bit at least they are not nearly 500 miles away.
Regardless of where you buy, Entegra will stand behind you with their outstanding service support.

NIRVC best I have ever dealt with and I have bought many over the last 46 years! Most honest, reliable and best service by far. Are they perfect, no, but they own their mistakes and make them right. JMHO

NIRVC is the place to go.
NO WAY would I go to LD ever again !
We had a less than perfect buy off at NIRVC in Atlanta. That said, the way they made it right after the fact was so far above and beyond that we were completely blown away.
Sometimes when things go good you wonder if a place is really that good. But the real proof is the way they respond after a problem.
First I had over an hour phone call with the owner (Brett Davis) of NIRVC that he initiated. Then he drove seven hours to sit down with my wife and I and not only hear us out (while taking notes) but also make sure we were satisfied with the resolution. Additionally, he shared with us a lot of insider information on how different manufacturers deal with their dealers, etc.. He also shared with us his plans for NIRVC both short term and long term.
I haven't heard of any stories from other dealers that come close to the effort Brett and his people go to to make sure customers are happy.
That said, Angie is a great sales lady and and even better person. However, Before using her for Atlanta delivery, I would ask her point blank if she will be in Atlanta for the buy off. She didn't show up for us, and that was the first domino that fell that week that started the initial downhill spiral.
When we buy our next coach, we will buy from NIRVC Period! It will probably be from an Atlanta salesperson, or Angie in Dallas if she can sell us a coach that we want in Dallas.

Steve, I spoke with Angie in Tampa last week. With her promotion, she will help with the order and colors, but passes off to a salesperson at the dealership of the purchasers choice for delivery and follow up. More insensitive programs by Brett for deliveries making it a great experience for the customer. You may have had a hand it that. I was really impressed with what I was told last week.
