Angry Radio and monitor didn't make it 1 night, HELP!!!!!

So after saving for a while we finally pulled the trigger to upgrade our older Dutch Star to a 2015 CornerStone 45J. It was perfect and we were so excited to start learning how to figure out how to work all the new stuff on it. So to break up the drive home with it we thought we'd stop in Shreveport for a little gaming and see if lady luck was with us in our new (to us) Entegra. Unfortunately she was not, when we went outside to resume our commute we discovered that some P.O.S had busted out our window and stolen the radio and monitor beneath it. I took it to an Entegra dealer near me and purchased them and paid to have them installed. Well unfortunately they have been unsuccessful at getting everything to work correctly as it did. The service manager said that all the wiring is not labeled and and their tech did the best he could. So, I have a few things that do not work such as the ability to play a DVD on the upper TV, the amp do not turn on next to the TV and a couple other things. Can someone recommend to me either where to take it within the Dallas area to have it completely fixed or does someone know a Entegra wiring factory worker or something who I can pay to fix it completely???

I suspect what you need is a good car audio shop (not best buy, Fries, etc.) that deal with custom installs, instead of an RV shop, they likely know a lot more about what they are doing, and charge you a lot less money to fix it.

Take it to NIRVC in Lewisville. They are very busy but a great repair facility. They do sell new coaches but specialize in service and storage. They sell Newmar in Lewisville but have extensive Entegra repair experience as they have locations in Georgia and Phoenix that sell Entegra. I am on their Lewisville lot right now, 60 amp hookup at every site.

I also suggest NIRVC. They can get tech help from Entegra customer service.

NIRVC in Lewisville... one of my few complaints with Entegra is the lack of professional wiring schematics. I have heard that Winnebago does a great job of documenting wiring so now that Thor is managing Entegra maybe this will become a best practice for them as well.
