Does yours have the current quick disconnect? The 14 did not so I changed it to the current quick disconnect type faucet. What is the problem with yours? I did have to silicone grease the disconnect as it was sticking.

All of the instruction and owners manuals went with the 14 when I sold it.

I could not find any information, in the manuals, on the faucet parts breakdown.

This is the new style faucet I changed to, sloso the one installed in the newer models. https://www.dwincorp.com/product/spr...r-hotcold-box/ You might be able to obtain a parts list from the manufacture. If not, they are not that expensive to replace. If replacing, remove all of the flow restrictors before installing. There is one for each faucet inlet, and one for the hose connection. Three flow restrictors total. It's if they do no want the faucet used for it's intended purpose.
You just reminded me to remove the faucet on the 19 and remove the restrictors. Just added it to my list, thanks.

Gone....

Not sure what your problem is with the "shower" fitting and fixture. Can you be more specific.

There really is not much too that fixture at all...... mostly plastic, a couple of valves, some hoses and hose clamps. What is your doing that is a problem?

Rather than fixing any internal parts or problems, I would be inclined to find a replacement and replace the whole fixture, rather than trying to part it out. Its 95% plastic anyhow.

And our coaches have darn little information on small components like those. There often isnt much information on much bigger and significant units than those so there is no chance that you will get any information from Entegra on something like that. I'd find the replacement or an equivalent unit, remove it, toss it, and start all over again.

Gary

It is leaking, where the plastic piece goes into the faucet. I was wondering if that plastic piece is threaded into the faucet.

It is a simple disconnect with the threaded backing nuts as shown in the linked photo. Mine was only hand tight. Remove the faucet and take a look. If the plastic is cracked you can try fixing it with JB Weld. If the plastic stem is shot, the faucet will probably need to be replaced. I doubt if the faucets are rebuildable like a $200. kitchen faucet. The manufacture does not show a parts list on their web site.

You may find some information in this thread. I copied Chucks conversion on the wet bay quick connect faucet.
