RV Wash, Wax & Cleaning Service in Charlotte, Michigan

As some of you know, Andy Potter is a senior technician in the Spartan factory service center, and a very good one. Andy doesn’t look that old, but he’s been at Spartan for over 20 years so he must have started when he was rather young.

Andy and his wife Bren live only a few miles from Spartan. Recently, with Spartan’s approval, they started a side business called “Preferred Service & Detail, LLC.”

Those of you who are former Tiffin owners are probably familiar with Ricky Johnson. Ricky is Tiffin’s Parts Manager in Red Bay, Alabama and has a side business washing, waxing, and cleaning motorhomes. Like Ricky and his wife Effie, Andy and Bren established Preferred Service & Detail to wash, wax and detail motorhome exteriors and will also do interior cleaning if you so desire.

Amy and I had Andy and Bren wash & wax our motorhome when we were in Charlotte a couple of weeks ago for the “Spartan Academy” class. I have to say the coach has never looked better, even when it was brand new! Not to mention that Andy and Bren are great people. Their contact info is:

Preferred Service & Detail, LLC
380 N. Stine Road
Charlotte, MI 48813

Give them a try when you’re in the Charlotte area. I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Larry, Thanks for posting this. We will be at the Spartan Academy in a month and it would be great to get it done before we head out on a week long trip before the coach heads into winter hibernation.

Without being specific, was their price in the reasonsable range?

Ed, I don't want to post the exact numbers here without Andy's awareness/permission, so I'll send you an e-mail with the specifics.

But yes, I felt the price was reasonable for the amount of work that was done and the quality of the finished product.

Larry, good info thanks for posting.
Yes Andy is a great tech and has good communication skills.
Hoping Andy's and Bren's business does well, coach owners are always looking for good detail people in different parts of country.
Go for it Andy and Bren.

Larry, Could you be so kind to send me an email or private message with what pricing to expect for that detail? We are signed up for the Academy as well.
Thanks for Sharing!
