Samsung RFG237 Refrigerator

Our 2014 Anthem Samsung RFG237 Refrigerator will not cool or freeze upon start up from its winter shut down. The entire coach is on 50 amp shore power and other electronics are operating properly. I have reset the circuit breaker for the frig and power to the control panel on the front of the frig indicates all systems are functioning and I can hear the motor operating. I have set the temps to the lowest position possible, a -8 and 34 degrees, but it still will not freeze or cool. I have tried the power freeze and power cool on the frig control panel which indicates it is in that function, but after about a 2.5 hour run in the power freeze and cool position it reverts back to normal run but has not cooled down at all.

Any possible thoughts or ideas on what else to try? Thanks much for any assistance.

How was the refrigerator shut down for the winter? One of the suggestions on Youtube was a reboot by pulling the plug. That is hard for our units, so maybe shutting the circuit breaker off for several minutes.

I found these suggestions on Google. https://www.google.com/search?q=+Sam...utf-8&oe=utf-8

Please let us know what you find.

Finally, after numerous circuit breaker resets I must've hit the trifecta, it is working. On this model coach I couldn't follow the electrical cord to unplug as stated in the trouble shooting guide. It must be plugged in somewhere behind the dishwasher or sink but inaccessible. I did shutdown all electrical to the coach thus possibly being the fix.

You are welcome. I am learning from posts like yours and my experiences...most major problems involving electrical, both 12v and 110v, have been fixed by rebooting. My dishwasher was the same way....it must have been 13 reboots before it worked and the last reboot was while the repairman was on the phone with the company trying to figure out why it wouldn't work.

Glad it was an easy fix, but I know how frustrating it is when the 1st. 2nd and 3rd power kills do not work.
