Satisfaction level

We are considering a Cornerstone. How satisfied have you been with the Entegra product? What issues are most common? How have you found customer service to be? Thanks for the information. Our other option is American Coach. Trying to decide between them.

We bought an Anthem last summer, put a little over 7,000 miles on it and about 60 nights. We love it! Our only other motorhome experience is 5 months and 9,200 miles last year in a 2013 Thor gasser which we really liked.

May be odd to say but, to us, the best thing about an Entegra is the outstanding customer service. We have limited experience to rely on but are impressed with the quality of materials and workmanship. Of course there are issues but put a motor on your house and drive it down the road and see what issues come up.

I can give the before and after, but not yet during We owned the predecessor to the Entegra, a Travel Supreme for 10 years. It was the BEST MH we have ever owned. After Jayco bought the TS molds in the bankruptcy sale, we waited a couple of years, for them to work their bugs out, then made a trip to the factory. What was a fantastic coach.....Entegra made it into an Awesome! coach. The improvements they did were the small complaints we had on the TS making the Entegra exactly what we wanted. We waited for the changes on the 2014 that were coming and placed our order. I don't believe there is more bang for the buck than an Entegra and the ride and durability of the improved Travel Supreme is all it took for us to continue to enjoy what we have enjoyed for the past 10 years. Insulation being the key factor.

They say a satisfied and repeat customer is the best customer you can have.......I am going to be one of those customers, I am sure. For a fact, I would not go back to any of the other MH I have owned in the past, except for this one. Hope that helps.

I'm ecstatically satisfied with my Entegra. The few times Ive had to call on a weekend night time for small (Mod Edit) issues I'm sure I could have found in a manual were answered with precise detail. As far as issues with a new coach, nothing but minor adjustment things that are so trivial I cant remember. This is my 4th coach, and by far the best. I got better responses calling Entegra than I ever did with tiffin, and their answers are not "Dive down to red bay and we'll get'er fixed"

brobox, what changes were made in 2014 that made you wait to order? I understand that Entegra introduces moving changes, such that a late 2013 is almost identical to an early 2014. The pictures I've seen of a 2013 look just like the new model.

The biggest change for us was the new quite air conditioner system. Not being the first to get the Gerards, we lucked out and got the new model with the pre-installed lights. Then the ceiling fan in the bedroom. There was another one, but I don't remember what it was. We got lucky with the Traveler Sat system becoming an option in 2014. We also got caught in the $3,500. mandatory update to the Bose sound system.... that one I was not happy about as I am not a fan of Bose.

When we took the tour it was not stated that the quite A/C system would be coming later in 2013 only that is was going to be on the 2014 models and for that we would wait. I am also one of those that will not buy the first off the line of anything, so we waited until summer of 2013 to order ours.

We just purchased a 2014 Anthem. The cornerstone was my choice but the wife did not want me to have 650 HP. We are quite pleased with it. Compared to my last RV that was in the shop most of the time for the first 6 months this has been a great experience. A few minor issues but nothing major. I think you will really enjoy it.
