Do your self a favor, take your Baby to a truck tire shop, and get the proper valve stems installed! They can bend them to fit any wheel combination, and it eliminates one more leak point! JMHO! Rail!
For the record, it was Spartan/Entegra that "cheaped out" on extensions rather than one-piece long stems.

I agree with the Dually Valve recommendation - learned that from the Monaco group years ago and installed them on my Dip when I got new tires, but, for me, I'm having good results with proper quality extensions and believe they'll work fine until the need to break down those inners arises for some other reason. jmho as well...

I just put on 2 4" Wheel Master valve extensions. Seem to work ok and I agree that if I were changing tires I'd probably spring for the one piece valve stems. Having said that the additional inch makes it much easier to check and add air to the inside dually. Cheap fix until there's a need to pull the tires. Quality seems better than stock to my untrained eye.
