Security & Motion lights

We have a 2016 Entegra Anthem and have an issue with the DS & ODS Security Lights and Motion P&H lights. Is there a trick to get them to work? We can't figure it out so any help would be appreciated.

It has to be near dark for the motion sensor to activate the lights. They will not be motion sensitive during day light.

Check your 12 volt fuses as our motion lights were not working at delivery and fuses needed replacing.

The passenger side security light was DOA on our 15 Anthem and the factory simply didnt catch it. We had to replace it with a new unit supplied by Entegra CS. It is a simple DIY project if that is where you end up.

I am assuming that you know that the switch for the security lights is down on the panel right inside the door and near the passenger seat on my Anthem (right near the "salesman's switch") and that needs to be on to get them to work, but if the switch is on, the fuse is good, and you have 12 volts up at the light connections at night when they should be on or sensing motion, then you probably have a DOA light fixture..

The P&H stands for Press and Hold. If you press it once the DS motion light will be activated. If you hold the button down for a few seconds both will be activated.

Mine didn't work at first but it turned out to be a fuse that was blown. The G5 panel normal lights up red if a fuse is bad but it doesn't do that for the motion sensor lights so you'll have to check that fuse manually.

I am having a similar problem on our 15 cornerstone. The motion and security light on the passenger side quit working. I found a blown fuse on the motion side and replaced but to no avail. Checked power at fuse box and switch and all good. Can't figure out how to get access to the light to check. Anyone have a clue for me?

My problem is solved by a post on another subject. Turning off the salesman switch for the 12 volt power reset the sensors and security and motion light are now working. Thanks water boy 10
