Service review-NIRVC, GA

I've nothing to but good things to say about my recent experience with routine chassis service in Lawrenceville. All i needed at this time was a chassis grease job and air filter change, which was done by Troy. Upon arrival, I added repair of the switch panel for the rear Techma toilet, and Woo got that repaired without delay.

The attention to my ongoing complaint about my leveling issues from both Todd and Justin, who spent several hours on it, was at no cost to me and we think the ultimate solution to the problem is finally on its way from Equalizer. THANKS, guys!

Everybody there continues to treat me and my coach as if we are the most important things on their agenda, and that is why I feel an obligation to give them what little billable service work I have needed. Good people doing good work is worth whatever small premium I may be paying over getting the service done elsewhere to "save" a few bucks. They actually charged me less for the air filter than I can buy it for at NAPA. Go figure.

Thanks for the review. I think hearing about good facilities is just as important as hearing about places to avoid. Too bad none of the good facilities are near me.

X2 or more. We have been treated wonderfully every time we go. It sure makes it easier to have billable work done there both for convenience and fairness as well as quality and their stand behind our work attitude. It isn't fixed they will work until it is even if issues beyond their control cause extra effort.
