Not good, how many is that?. The LED's for the mod came in yesterday. I hope I can get started on that project this week.

Here is a complete parts list and where I ordered them from.
I ordered two types of switches as I have had problems with the remote switches in the past. If they don't work, I'll have the rocker switches to mount instead.

1 roll of weatherproof, larger 5050 LED's I bought to try on the door awning, but not needed. I am going to use the remainder of the roll to light the Engine compartment and another compartment that is not lit from the basement LED's. Also the reason for the extra switches. $11.88 per roll

6 LED dimmer/off-on switches. These will be used for the on & off switches for the slide lights. I ordered extras as only half of them will work. $2.39 each

1 large package of #8, 1/2 in self drilling tek screws for wire clamps. Black to match if you can find them. Spray paint works also.

1 roll metallic duct tape....Lowes or Home Depot.

A bottle of alcohol or lacquer thinner to clean bottom of slides

Hopefully I will start the door awning tomorrow. I have 3 major projects going right now and the LED's will be between the other projects. Never fails, the parts arrive and everything else has to be taken care of before I can play.

Replaced my 21st motor yesterday. All three I replaced yesterday had previously been replaced. Hope they get some more robust units made soon!

Unreal Bill. How fast can you change one now? You probably have more experience than anyone so far.

Changed all three in a little over an hour, including adjusting and removing and replacing the lambrequins. I keep my shade changing tool kit handy and ready to go!

I didn't even know what a lambrequins was, I had to look it up.

Just got more motors last Friday. On my 9th one. Mostly replacing ones that have been replaced before. I had a long talk with Don Brubaker a couple weeks ago and suggested they put together a team of brains from Entegra, Firefly and the shade mfg to get to the bottom of this crap. Other coach mfg's that use these shade motors don't have our problems. Don called back to say they were working on it with all those mentioned above. Cross yer fingers.
