Shade motors
Replaced 6 more shade motors (to the gold) they hadn't totally quit, just sometimes work,fine then next time they would not. While I had it down 2 each per window one for day shade and one for night shade, that makes 12 replaced so far on a 2014 Anthem..It's aggravating but at least we have a product that is backed by strong customer support. Hats off to Entegra.

I have number six on order and the seventh one started failing today. they have all been on the night shades and they are all the yellow ones.

I had two replaced, both were the night shades also! Hopefully it has been corrected at the factory.......

Ouch, hate to hear the yellow ones are failing....whenever I take the shade down I just go ahead and replace both motors (day & night shade motors)

I hope you guys are getting these motors for free otherwise I'd be looking at collectively buying a pallet full and just split them up between you.

Makes you wonder, at what point will the motors be re-designed again? They must have already done a post-mortem, and know the reason for the failures. This has got to be embarrassing for both Entegra and United Shade.

Entegra needs to be using a different manufacture. The failures are ridiculous, they have been going on for 2 years.

I have had 4 or 5 motors fail and all were replaced for free. No failures in the last 6 months, so I am hoping that all is well now and the failures are behind me.

Maybe if all of the bad motors were sent to this guy he would realize he is not doing well on his new job, or even better to his boss.

Are United Shade motors still being installed in the 2015 Entegras? And do SOB's use the same motors? How would i find out?
