Jeff usually when you join a club people celebrate. In your case I will just say "WHY".

From all of us at the shade club, welcome. You have the best coach made by the best company in the business IMHO. You have chosen wisely. Over the next few months you are going to learn everything you never wanted to learn about shades. Your dues for joining will be aggravation and some knuckle cuts. We all been there. DSL417, one of our founding members, advised us there is a yet another colored shade motor that may or may not have been invented yet that will break up our little club, until then enjoy the few benefits the club has to offer.

Is there a special handshake or dues for this club?

No, but extraordinarily patience, full set of screw drivers with magnetic bits, duck tape, and a sense of humor are required. Small hands that can get into tiny places would be a requirement, but some of us charter members wouldn't qualify.

Tom, the members are currently reviewing the situation. On the table for a vote, the members are torn between sheets on the front windows or aluminum foil. No one could come up with a proper color for the sheets and some members thought the colors may clash with the paint. The secret handshake has been ruled out due to possible spreading of germs during flu season. You still want to join?

Glad there isn't a handshake to remember. As a Mason, Shriner and Elk there is a lot of confusion every time I go to a meeting. I think a fist bump is the best.

How about front window signs that read. "These are United Shades." Maybe the publicity in RV parks would get United Shades attention to fix the motors.
