Shades not working

My mid ship shades are not working. Reset power several times. Tried to raise shades from different locations. Not even the usual beep from the multiplex control panel. Front shades work and bedroom shades work.
Heading to Stone Mountain ECOA rally tomorrow.

Hopefully Rod from Entegra will be at the rally again this year. Top notch Entegra Tech. Sounds like it is in the multi plex if the reboot did not work.

Check for open breakers at the P-6 panel in bathroom cabinet.

There are several shade control modules on your coach. Each module controls 4 windows and 8 shades (4 day, 4 night) and is networked via the RV-C network. I suspect you have either a bad shade module or it has a broken power or network connection.

Don't know where they all are on your coach. I do know there is one over the entry door but that one controls shades in the front of the coach. A good bet is some of the others may be in the bathroom somewhere.

Call firefly if you can't find them, they should be able to tell you.

They may have lost programming and just need to be reprogrammed again.

I may have a problem with the power unit that controls those shades and the switch panel. The switch panel will not work when plugged into the network on the distribution panel but the shades won't work either when controlled from another switch. I'll call Firefly in the am.
