Not sure about other owners, but we leave ours hanging "down" when in motion, so far has worked for us...

Same...not worth the chance o falling and breaking a tile. All the typical DW bottles of shampoo and conditioner go to the same place on a towel.

Mine hasn't fallen I wonder if the new ones are different from mine. If you leave it hanging, doesn't it swing around while you are driving? How about securing it with a rubber band or small bungee, or velcro?

Same as Marc. Wonder if they changed the head and not the holder. Our is rock solid - of course now having said that I expect to see it hanging down after the next trip....

We have the same year and model Entegra and never have had the shower head come off the support bracket. We have driven 12,000 plus miles and have been in 30 states with this coach and on some pretty rough roads at times and never had that problem. I wonder if Entegra has changed support brackets? Al

We have a 45A and never had the shower head fall. We have the head positioned so when you swivel it up it almost touches the ceiling so there's no way it could come out of the holder. Noel
