WOW! I'm so grateful I found this company! Entegra is an amazing company that I'm proud to have associated myself with.

Joyce Clone!

As we sit here and read this thread, we hope Joyce does not have retirement in her plan anytime soon. Especially before we get our next bus. Can't even imagine her not being at the healm at C.S. I also think over the last 4+ years the many times I have called her in panic mode or to the extreme in being upset, and she has immediately and calmly reassured me everything will be o.k. and given instant remedy to all my "bus issues". Every phone call that ends with her, has a answer and solution and if needed a plan. She never waivers. She remains constant and calm. We can not even imagine her no longer being with the department. It did make us wonder?

Ron.

How Entegra knew

Sweetbriar, et. al,

I did have two phone conversations with Entegra while I was confined to home for 3 weeks. One phone call concerned our factory warranty visit this April 25th, the other was about SummerFest in July of this year. I don't remember even discussing my surgery but figure it must have been mentioned just in passing, no lengthy discussion of it, just a quick passing reference.

I figure one quick sentence about surgery and bingo a customer service rep took it from there and got the card signed and delivered. Thing is it was at most a very passing comment, yet this companies employees picked up on it and sent out condolences.

Simply off the charts in going out of their way to say they are concerned about me.

Just to pile on...when DW had to have a surgery follow up, we needed a place to leave the rig while we flew back. Joyce merely said "Leave it here." That was long after the get well card signed by all in CS.

On another note, while none of us wants to see Joyce retire, I think Don Brubaker (if he's the heir) will be a seamless replacement and we won't see any change in the outstanding service we have come to rely on.

I have to confirm the camaraderie between the Entegra staff, the NIRV staff and all the customers. Very evident at the Stone Mountain Marchfest. The nicest thing is the approachability of any of the Staff regardless of position and their unfailing followup. Everyone seems willing to cover for either of the other groups without hesitation. Makes for a very congenial atmosphere! Even when we agree to disagree!! Entegra certainly has our alliance and support!!

I totally agree. Entegra is a fantastic company and Joyce runs a great customer service department. I was totally blown away by the post delivery inspection they do at Middlebury. I don't know of any other company that does that.

When we talk about the Entegra Family, it's not just idle words, as many have been on the receiving end of these types of demonstrations. These folks work hard at reaching out to their people....and that includes their customers.

Thanks for sharing this story!
