Slide alignment

I've had my 2012 Anthem for over a year and a half. Today I took it in for some more warranty work...specifically to have all 4 slides re-aligned/adjusted. All 4 need the top of the slides "pulled out". The tops have crept in to where they are rubbing metal on metal. This is the first time I've had to have all 4 adjusted...but having to adjust at least one of the slides has become a common problem (at least one slide or another 4 previous times) fortunately Entegra has paid the bill.

My question is, Are other Entegra owners having this problem with the slides?

Guess I'd better buy another Anthem to get one to where the slides work.

Yep.....Travel Supreme needed adjustments too. Get a 3/4 open end wrench and learn to do it yourself.

Our problem has been the top of the slides...one has had the blocks changed out and now the other three will have the blocks adjusted/changed out so top of slides fit flush with exterior wall of coach and do not rub metal on metal. The bottoms have stayed aligned....go figure.

I'm sure it's the blocks/stops at the top of the slide....at least that is what the techs tell me.... I believe to reach them, the awning toppers have to be partially removed to gain access to where the blocks can be changed/adjusted.

So the blocks are on the slide itself or the RV wall?

Believe they're on the slide at the bottom, because I noted the difference between Newmar DS and Entegra (Newmar's were styrofoam and Entegra was hard rubber). So likely on the slide on top.

OK folks I have the top of the slides in too far issue on one side. I have been all over the slide system and can't find the adjustment for this. Slide rollers are fixed so they don't adjust the angle.

Seeing some of the comments above and knowing the slides are likely related to newmar, I have found they have a saddle adjustment, but I can't find this adjustment on the Entegra.

Any help to locate this adjustment would be appreciated. Thx

Here is the Newmar slide spec, they have a sealing rubber gasket around the sides and top of recess in sidewall of coach that slide seals against, have never seen the blocks you all are talking about.
Slides adjust by stop rods under slide and saddles under floor in compartments.

Thanks 007, I agree there are no blocks. I had this pdf from another thread and went looking for the "saddle" as that controls the top adjustment. But can't find it on the Entegra, so either I'm just blind or the system works a bit differently.

If anyone knows how this adjustment is done on an Entegra, please let me know. Thx.
