Our Aspire passenger side rear slide has a loud clunk when it reaches full extension....any idea what could be causing this? It sounds like it is at the bottom of the slide near or on the rear extension mechanism. There is an all thread rod beside it too that appears to be for some kind of adjustment.

It sure sounds like it's hitting the end of a slide to me. I think I'd call the folks at customer service and ask them. Maybe there's a rubber stop that fell out.
