Slide Motors any maintenance?

We have a 2018 Anthem 44B we purchased new ....

We keep the slide out motors bolts tighten but after all the posts here concerning slides we started wondering should we be doing anything else for maintenance or to prevent a problem?

Inspecting? Lube anything? ????

Thanks!

The system is greaseless so no. Make sure the rails are clean and the bolts tight.

Rails Clean....we assume free from objects hitting them but do we also need to wipe dust from rails if there is any?

Thanks!

I was thinking more in the line of birds nests and such. Being greaseless they don't collect much dust.

I just had the front motor of the Driver's side slide of my 2018 Aspire 44w go bad. It was making loud grinding noise.. just out of the blue. I am still under warranty.. I called CS, they called NIRV in Phoenix and they agreed to get me in within 4 days!!!! I just got back from them. They put in the new motor and all is well. They also put in a new door assembly and fixed the rubber gasket on the back end of the ODS slide. All with no charge
These guys were super friendly and very professional. I highly recommend them if you are in the Phoenix area.
