Smart Phone Leveling

While digging around on the “Equalizer Systems” website looking for technical data I stumbled across a module that installs inline between the Equalizer panel on the dash and the harness (just plugs inline) and provides a bluetooth interface to level and control jacks via your smartphone. I can see this as being a very useful tool especially while placing jack pads. Maybe others have already discussed this on the forum but it was the first I heard of it. I’ll be ordering one!

Disclaimer: Obviously this only works on coaches with the “Equalizer” brand of leveling system

Whoa, nice catch! I need that today for a project to exercise my jacks...need to hold the mud flap tucked under when the air bags lower. A little dear at $245...

I like automation, but personally I don't see any use for this. There is nothing I need to do with the jacks that can't be done from the driver's seat with the original control panel.

I see a great benefit for those of us that still place jack pads under the leveling feet. This now becomes a one person one stab task.

Just a thought, Snap Pads are less than the Bluetooth devise and you never have to put another jack pad down

Although the Snap Pads look convenient, I’ve owned a set of industrial grade rubber “outrigger” pads for a couple of years so it remains a manual process for me. Being able to control the jacks while at each corner would really help with centering the pads.

Equalizer System with Bluetooth was standard equipment on my 2020 Entegra Accolade. Paired nicely with my iPhone and works like a champ. I believe (not 100 percent certain) it is standard equipment on all 2020 Jayco produced motorhomes with the Equalizer System. Notice the control pad for the EQ SmartLevel.

I added it to my coach 6 or so months ago. Not expensive and, although I don't use it all the time, I really like having the option of the remote.

I’m with Chuck on this! Snap Pads mean NEVER crawling around the damp, dirty ground trying to get those damn pads right! Plus it’s taken another “ shouting match” opportunity between DW and me, away. Don’t miss it

OBTW I have four really big and two smaller industrial jack pads avail for sale! PM me if you’re interested!

Hmmmmmmm, I carry wooden jack pads with me that need to be placed about every 50th RV park or location that I happen to have ever been in, and I just run the jacks down til they hit the ground, then move all of the jacks up a couple inches, place the pads right below where the jacks are located, and then run the jacks down an inch or two to contact the pads and then use a $2.50 cent plastic level from Walmart to level the coach..... Almost mindlessly easy.

For the few times that I need pads, there is no way I could justify the expense..... interesting capability but .........

Not only fantastically convenient, I also freed up part of a basement compartment ditching my old wood blocks/pads. I carry set of easy to store plastic pads for an emergency, if needed. With the air leveling I don't use the jacks in my driveway anymore. The pavers are very happy
