Don't delete the number and never hope you need it.

You need the standard number and you need the after hours number. Obviously, you know which to use depending on the time of day.

Shane is good and has been doing it a long time. Dave is also VERY good and has been doing it just as long. Sadly, I have had many talks with both of them in the past year and Dave is very good about following up on problems and calling back when he says he is going to call back.

Fairly frequently, I have been in discussion with a tier of CS people above the entry group.

As Chuck asked.... what problem are you having? (rolls but wont catch, doesnt turn at all.... etc?) if you have time, tell us more about it and maybe we can give you an idea or two.

Gary

My coach is parked at the house with 20 Amp service. I like to start the coach about every 2-3 days to air it up and let it run. I have noticed of late (past 2 or 3 times) it was taking longer to to start.
Today I needed to move the coach here at the house. Same thing, took a little while to start. After moving coach I noticed I could have parked it a little closer. When I went to restart, it just would not start.
I tried starting with the generator running and holding the Batt Boost switch down. Same result. Motor seemed to be turning over fine, just was not starting.
First call to Spartan I was told I would need to get the coach towed by coach-net?
I wanted to try and put my jump box on it, so I called Spartan back (to see if I should connect the box to one batt or distribute across both).
This Tech listened to my story and had me press and hold the brake pedal and at the same time press and hold the Batt Boost switch for 45 sec BEFORE trying to start the motor (Tech said this needs to be done in advance to tell computer where to get batt power from, before pressing ignition). BINGO she fired right up. The tech thinks the inverter is not providing enough charge to the chassis batteries. He suggessted a trickle charger.
Thanks
Pat

In home shore power could very well be the problem. Is it 20 amp or 15 amp? Is that a ground fault plug? Before I installed 50 amp at the S&B the 15 amp ground fault plug in the garage did all kind of "non working" things to the coach. Removed the ground fault outlet and replace it with a standard outlet and it at least kept the batteries charged.
