Spartan, Onan, Cummins, and Valor etc manuals for 2019

Apparently, there has been a snafu on the distribution of manuals for all 2019 Spartan coaches.... so when I picked up my new coach, I got no manuals, paper or electronic, from Spartan on anything that was stock on my coach (Cummins, Allison, etc). Well, Mike Butler from Spartan was here in Spearfish yesterday and did a presentation and I button-holed him with my unhappiness that I still knew nothing about any of my fundamental systems on the coach 5 months after they started rolling down the assembly line. He was very nice, and made the mistake of telling me that he had all the manuals on a USB drive in his car, and I decided that I would stay within 2 feet of him until he gave me his copy. Soooooooooooo............., I now have the official thumb drive of the manuals for all the 2019 coaches in my possession.

The important thing is that now I am sure that they are getting ready to mail those thumb drives out to previous buyers and probaby will be included in the Box of Manuals that are in our coaches in the near future and are supposed to contain all of that information. Nice thing is that they are all electronic and can be transferred to the laptop. Have not even thought of trying to read all of them yet, and assume that they are in good form, but if some recent buyer is desperate for something, PM me and I will send you a copy of what you are looking for.

Spartan sent us a thumb drive with our welcome letter. We thought that was the new process.

Not for us, and I assumed for no one else. I realized that I didnt have the manuals when we picked up the coach about 2 months ago and called Spartan and were told that the CDs or Thumb Drives were not available yet, but not to worry, they had our name on a list and would send us whatever they decided they were going to distribute to owners as soon as they got it resolved. However, we had received nothing when we departed for Spearfish a couple of weeks ago.

I think that there may have been some new stuff that dealt with the Cornerstone and maybe some other of the models that held up the distribution, but to the best of my knowledge, we have still not received anything through the mail even now.

Our coach, a 2019 Aspire with a delivery date of June 18th had two thumb drives in our copious bag of books. One of them was the spartan thumb drive.

My just delivered 19 also has the thumb drive in the bag of books. Looks like Spartan is now shipping them with the new deliveries.
