Support!

Coming from a tiffin I am very very happy with my new Entegra, today I experienced something tiffin couldn't hold a candle to.

Driving through freezing temps in Illinois I had no heat! If I were in a tiffin Id have to pray I could find a service center in the middle of nowhere and probly sit in it until Monday knowing if I called tiffin I'd get a recording to call back during bankers hours. Not with my Entegra, I called the emergency hotline. The EXTREMELY nice and extraordinarily knowledgeable after hours tech I got questioned as to all the symptoms and pinpointed the easy fix, and with patience walked me step by step in opening my aqua-hot system and with exact descriptions told me what to locate in it and what to do to get it going.

HATS OFF TO ENTEGRA AFTER HOURS SUPPORT!

What a GREAT endorsement!!!!!! I think from your comment, Entegra has even gone one step above my be beloved Travel Supreme that had the same service. What a warm fuzzy feeling. Thank you for that report.

Last night we were sitting in the coach watching TV. Suddenly it shutoff and then back on. This happened several times in a row. At 7:54pm PST, I sent an email to Joyce describing the problem and asking for someone to call me on Monday. 2 minutes later, my phone dinged and there was a note from Joyce. She said a new TV would be shipped out to us!

Not only was the new TV unexpected but who would ever imagine that Joyce would respond immediately. It had to be after 10 in Indiana. At Summerfest last August, Joyce told us that she wanted to be the Bob Tiffin of Entegra. I think Bob should wish he was the Joyce Skinner of Tiffin!

Nope, turned out to be the air inlet needed adjustment. eazy pezy fix. Im just ecstatic a human that knows the coach inside and out was there for me. It could have been a disaster being stuck with no heat for me and my bald cat who likes it 76.345 degrees exactly LOL
