we love them as well
I was happy they opened one in another state.
AL will loose the lawsuit.
its insane to dictate prices.....competition dictates instead.
i bet LOVES and TA go their feelings hurt.
LOVES is crazy high and cut their own throat with the way they treat RVers
her in texas buc -ees and HEB pretty much rule in the war of gas prices.

The gas wars of the 1950's and 1960's, even early 70's were legal,wonder what has changed.
Next grocery stores will be suing over lower meat pricing.  Seems to me any business owner has the right to set their own pricing in this capitalistic society.

Locally the town of Petaluma, CA has the highest gas prices in Sonoma County. Safeway has cheaper prices and you earn more discounts when you shop for groceries. Safeway stores want to add gas pumps at their store location and the City of Petaluma is doing everything in its power to stop them. Of course all of the other gas stations are against Safeway's plan.

For some reason, people/states tend to sue those who find ways to become successful. It's a shame. I bet there is more behind the scenes here than meets the eye.

Seems Alabama is breaking the law on "Price Fixing" As Lynn said, our Country has gone nuts. Turn an any news program and all there is fighting in the offices of government, now it's going into the states starting with "A".
This is one I hope free enterprise wins and Alabama does not turn into a Socialist state.

I don't thank they are dumping because they have been in Texas for about 4years maybe longer and have been our stop for LOW price fuel. If you ever have the opportunity to stop at a Buc-ees do so. They are Great & NO truckers are allowed.

Hardly newsworthy. There are laws on the books in many jurisdictions including Federal to prohibit predatory pricing by large competitors who want to sell below cost in a limited area to drive competitors out of business.
Or is it only bad if foreign competitors do it in your opinion?
