We had a front car cover made for out toad Explorer. Worked well but was a pain to install and remove. Have a new F-150 and had Diamond Shield installed on the front painted surface. Works well so far. Also had Diamond Shield installed across the top front of the coach. Bugs easy to get off.

My mud flap also broke off but I caught it before major damage. Will have to replace it.

I highly recommend that EC owners check the I-bolts that hold the mud flap. They are too small and were not undercoated. I replaced them with the same size but will install larger when we return home in several months.

As I mentioned in the previous post, I replaced my eye bolts with 1/2”. This is a quick easy job that takes about 15 minutes. Mounting holes are 1/2” so no drilling or other modifications are needed.

I have been towing my Grand Cherokee, unprotected, for over 40k and have had no damage. I have been on many gravel roads with no issues.
