hikndog is correct except, I believe they charge $500. For that fee, they will also help your buyer with financing and handle all other paperwork. They (NIRVC) also have a consignment program. I'm not sure how that works, but maybe SaltyDog will chime in. I think he consigned his '17.

Chuck,

What floor plan?

I did consign with NIRVC and the process was simple. Their fee is reasonable (IMHO) and I didn't have to deal with tire-kickers or after the sale "Why didn't you tell me's"

The $500 deal is great also - I think Anthem46 used that route.

Many thanks for all your comments. We are going to try to sell privately, which prompts the following question. Besides RVTrader and the iRV2 Classifieds, are there any other sites we could use?

Regards,

JMO, I have had the best success with RV Trader. It seems to be the first place anybody looks and the first to show up on a Google search outside of MHSRV. RVT now owns RV Trader. The other sites just don't pull the calls and I found to be a waste of money. You will get calls from those sites, just say no thank you. They have some good pitches, but don't produce any results.

When running the ad, take out the upgraded photo package.....a photo is worth a 1,000 words. People would call on my ad asking questions that were in the printed part of the ad.....they were calling off the photos only. If you can do a video and post it on Youtube with a link in your ad, that is a big plus.

Agreed... rvtrader.com and rvt.com. The 2 biggies.. maybe Craig’s list in your local market.. why not .. it’s free.
Glad to hear your not letting some dealer Proffit big on your dollar..
What are you selling?

The only other tip I would add to those already posted is...

Search for a review of your MH make model yr maybe even a year or so offf.
I have included review links when selling boats & MH and they have been viewed by buyers.
In the case of one boat it was a eeciding factor that convinced the buyer to take a closer look and they liked what they saw and bought it on the spot.

That’s a great coach... I just happen to own that exact year and model..

I love mine..

If it was a 14 cornerstone 44 b then we would be talking...

I actually am quite content with my anthem but the cornerstone temps
Me sometimes...

Start yours at $255,000 would be my opinion

Mhsrv just sold a 14 anthem 44b at $240,000 it appears on there website
And they get them cheap which allows a less price.. but on the open market I think you can get more.. especially if you have taken care of it and done all the upgrade..
Good luck

Thanks, lowejug -where do people get their names from, but I digress. Its not that we are not content with our coach - to the contrary we very much enjoy ours and the thought of starting over scares us; the old devil you know vs the devil you don't know. But that said, Entegra has added a lot to the Anthem since our 2014 was built and we think it is worth the risk. The current Anthems are something to behold. I have characterized the current Anthems as a poor man's Cornerstone. Nothing is going to beat a Cornerstone, but the Anthems today, at least in MHO, are a great bang for the buck. Thanks for your suggestions on a price. Our major objective is to do better than what the dealers are offering for a trade-in and to get it sold as quickly as possible.

Regards,

That makes sense.. I agree that the new anthems are abhuge bang for your buck.. I just really like the classic styling and color schemes to much to upgrade to a new anthem.. I would have to move to a cornerstone to even be close for me too change...

Jug was my nick name in high school and my last name is lowe..
So lowejug is what ended up as my email and is also my user name
In my internet world..
